Our Goal
The government of Colorado, University of Denver, and state-wide organizations were gathering employment data. Their shared goal: understand the impact of different programs on people’s professional development. Each group has a different need for this data, be it allocating funds or iterating programming.
The previous method for sharing their data was a newsletter. However, this offered limited ability to engage with the data and fully personalize it. I was hired to contribute to the User Experience and User Interfaces of an interactive dashboard with this data.

Our work was recognized by the Governor of Colorado for being key in "building the capacity and expertise of state leaders in advancing the use of evidence to drive smart state investments."
